Blue Bird USA Warranty
Two-Year Warranty Program
BP Hobbies LLC and Blue Bird USA provide a limited warranty to the original purchaser for two full years from the date of purchase against defects in material
and workmanship. During this period Blue Bird USA will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages and damages due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation,
or damages caused by alterations by unauthorized persons or entities. Plastic cases and gears are not covered by this warranty. Bent motor
shafts are not covered with this warranty. Cut or altered receiver antennas void the warranty. Product that has been improperly installed,
mishandled, abused, or has suffered damaged due to a crash or other causes is not covered under warranty. Items repaired or altered by an
unauthorized person or agency is also void of warranty.
Using the servo arm to turn the servo motor may cause the gears to break or jump and the servo will stop functioning correctly. This is true
for all servos regardless of servo manufacturer. Blue Bird USA assumes no responsibility for this kind of damage. This can also occur as a result
of crash damage or hard landing.
Once you install and use a product, Blue Bird USA assumes no responsibility any damages that may occur. Blue Bird USA shall not be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty relating to this product. This limited warranty gives you specific
legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty applies only to Blue Bird USA products purchased from
BP Hobbies LLC or its authorized dealers and used in the United States and Canada.

Include a note with your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, and a description of the problem. To help us serve you
better, please include as much detail as possible when describing the problem - what model the item was installed in, type of receiver
speed control, transmitter, etc. Please indicate where you purchased the items from (either from BP Hobbies LLC, or an authorized deale
from the US or Canada), and include proof of purchase (copy of receipt or invoice,
BP Hobbies order number, etc.).
