Version 2 of the popular BP Battery Eliminator Circuit (BEC). Use instead of your speed controller's built-in BEC when you need more current than the built-in BEC supplies. This unit can supply up to 5 amps continuous up to 33V
(8S Lipo) of battery power. Switch-mode DC-DC conversion is highly efficient and heats up less than a linear voltage regulator. Twelve inch receiver leads are twisted in order to reduce noise.
Directions for use:
Solder in parallel with ESC. If your speed controller has a built-in BEC, cut and tape off the small red wire from the ESC's servo plug. Plug servo connector on BEC into receiver into any channel. Ensure polarity matches that of the other servo connectors.
